Do I have to have a fenced yard to be approved to adopt or foster a rescue Westie?
Although a fully fenced yard would be ideal, it is not considered mandatory for adoption. However, no applications will be approved if a home indicates that they have or intend to use, an electric underground fence. If such fence exists, it must be removed prior to the application being formally approved.
