Maybe. You have to option of selecting a 1 Year Contract Term or No Contract Term service. You make this choice when you sign-up for the service. Contract Term service requires a 12 month contract for SpeedTrail High Speed Internet services. If you disconnect your service before completing your 12 month term, you will be charged an early termination fee. No Contract Term service charges a $10 per month No Contract Service Premium and waives the early termination fee. All the other terms of the Terms of Service agreement apply.
