A. If the plaster/render is solid and shows no signs of blowing then the Newlath 2000 can be installed over the top. If the original finish is friable, it should be removed up to 1.2min height from the floor. The Newlath 2000 is applied to the substrate (If in doubt contact John Newton sales office).
