Yes! Your transaction is not processed until you bring it to a DMV for processing. After completing the E-ZVisit Questions print out the form, and take your E-ZVisit forms, NYS Photo Driver License/Permit/or Non-driver ID, ownership and insurance documentation, and DTF-802 Sales Tax form to a motor vehicle office for processing.
