Do I have to find a willing supervisor before I apply to the PhD programme?
If you are pursuing Route 1 (Direct entry to the PhD), you will need to identify a member of faculty here at the School who is willing to supervise you before you apply. Please approach only one faculty member at a time. You can find out more about the research groups, including the faculty members within each group, by visiting the Research section of the website. Click on a faculty member’s name to visit their personal webpage and find out more about them individually.
