Water is obviously somethign we all need for normal health. It healps the body transport all the nutrients and vitamins that we require on a daily basis to the right places. The Purafem capsule contains Pueraria Mirifica which is a natural herb. It is always recomended that we all should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day for normal health. However there is no special need to drink more water when using Pueraria Mirifica. Needless to say we should all be drinking at least 8 glasses every day regardless of which herbs we use.
