Do I have to drain my existing working tank and replenisher tank before using HCL Photographic Chemicals?
No, but you have to make sure the chemical matches the specifications of your minilab machine. You can use the cross reference chart to choose the best chemical. You can replenish on top of your existing tank solution. Make sure you have used up your existing stock of replenisher, and that your replenisher tank is almost empty before mixing the new replenisher. Remember to adjust your developer replenishment rate when you begin using HCL Chemicals.
