Do I have to download or install anything to use Mailshell?
Nope! Mailshell is an entirely web-based service there is nothing to download, nothing to install, and you don’t need to worry about upgrades or patches because we are working to improve our service all the time. How much storage space do I get? Users with the Premium Service have 50 MB of storage space to use for messages saved on Mailshell. Users with the free trial service have 10 MB. How strong is Mailshell’s technical system? Mailshell uses multiple custom-built servers running an open-source OS and highly-scalable, enterprise-class mail software. User data on the servers is stored on mirrored RAID sub-systems to ensure integrity, availability, and fast access. All servers are monitored to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
