In some instances, yes. Please be sure NOT to call your local telephone company and request your long distance service to be switched to HelloCom unless instructed by a HelloCom representative to do so. In most cases, HelloCom will contact your local telephone company and complete the switch for you. However, sometimes we will need your assistance to complete this process. In this case, a HelloCom customer service representative will contact you with the instructions.
