It is validated by the British Psychological Society to 87% and adds value to what can be a highly subjective process.Information is collected on line from you in the form of a questionnaire. This will take 10 minutes to complete. Or Clients also complete questionnaires. They complete questionnaires based upon the role requirements for their current vacancy. The line manager also completes a questionnaire. All this information helps illustrate the important behaviours and working styles that are likely to result in success in the role.
