Do I have to complete any training when applying for a licence?
To hold a licence to undertake security or crowd control duties you are required to complete prerequisite units before you make application for a licence. To hold a licence to undertake inquiry or commercial or commercial sub-agent activities there are no prerequisite training requirements. Please see the Security Agent & Security Guard Approved Units of Competency & Registered Training Providers publication for the required activity.
