Do I have to clean the GrillGrates immediately after use?
No. This may be a guy thing, but most people do not clean up the grill after cooking. Clean-up happens just before the next meal when it comes to grilling. Good thing men don’t do that in the house with the cookware! GrillGrates fall in between; GrillGrates are outdoor cookware that do benefit from the occasional cleaning in the sink. A good cleaning in the sink is called for after a heavy marinade when the grill is practically covered with caramelized sauce, or you can use a few more paper-towels during warm up. Remember no abrasives, steel wool, or wire brushing on the GrillGrates.
