Yes, you can have an impromptu birthday party during open jump, but it is on a first come first serve basis. Since we are open to the public, we cannot guarantee that a party room will be available. The party rooms are also open to the public during open jump times. So, if both party rooms are taken then unfortunately you may not have a room to enjoy your party.
