No, although Feng Shui was brought to us through China and has Chinese folklore melded into the philosophies, it is universal. If you look into many cultures there are universal truths about energy flow and the sacredness of our homes. There exists house blessings in almost every culture from the Jewish tradition of Mezuzah to Celtic twirls to Catholic Saints. Feng Shui is universal in its applications.
