Yes. All services provided under this Agreement and the rates offered are exclusively available to TransGuardian Members and only to Members approved for this service after application. Approval by TransGuardian may include being rated by TransGuardian’s Trade Risk Scoring service. Nothing in this agreement authorizes the Member to resell TransGuardian’s Secure Transit Coverage for any other person’s shipments and/or commodities in which the Member has no insurable interest.
