Do I have to adhere to the DaVaSec Marketing and Compensation Plan?
VM Partners must adhere to the terms of the DaVaSec Compensation Plan as set forth in official DaVaSec literature. VM Partners shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Direct Customers or VM Partners to participate in DaVaSec in any manner that varies from the programme as set forth in official DaVaSec literature. VM Partners shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Direct Customers or VM Partners to execute any agreement or contract other than official DaVaSec agreements and contracts in order to become a DaVaSec VM Partner. Similarly, VM Partners shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Direct Customers or VM Partners to make any purchase from, or payment to, any individual or other entity to participate in the DaVaSec Compensation Plan other than those purchases or payments identified as recommended or required in official DaVaSec literature.
