No, as its a legally binding contract you’re in it for the whole term – if you previously requested a break option, i.e. after 6 months you could give 2 months notice, then it potentially could have been written into the contract but that would have needed to be negotiated with the landlord. If you wanted to leave then the Estate agent may take a view and find another tenant for the property but you would have to pay rent up until the time that a new tenant moved in and pay the landlords re-letting fees, this isn’t a given though, some do this and others won’t, it all depends.
