Do I have SVT (superventricular tachycardia), or palpitations?

You are definitely experienceing palpitations, but what they are caused by could be anything. SVT can cause the sensation of palpitations but so can other types of arrhythmias. If this is something that you experience multiple times you should go see your doctor and they will check out an EKG to determine what types of arrhythmia you are experiencing. It could be nothing to be worried about but there is also the chance that it is something more serious. I would recommend going into the doctor and letting them know what is going on. Can’t help much more without knowing your history and meds and everything, but an EKG would probably be a good idea to try to determine what is causing these palpitations.
