Yes, enactment of the New Jersey Insurance Producer Licensing Act of 2001 expanded your options to include interactive online courses and self study courses for continuing education. Regulatory changes effective January 1, 2007, permit required prelicensing training to be completed using interactive online courses and self study courses. All prelicensing education and continuing education courses must be approved by this office and offered by an approved insurance education provider (MS Excel, 68K).
