You could have a yeast infection or an STI (more commonly known as an STD) If it’s yellow I would think its something such as Chlamydia or Gonorrhea. The best course of action is to go to your doctor to get tested. It is painless and confidential. Or you may want to go somewhere like Planned Parenthood if you don’t want to go to your regular doctor. Either way, it is something that cannot be treated at home and needs to be looked at.
