Do i have an anger problem?
Yes, you do have an anger problem that is probably caused by an inability to express yourself. I used to flip out, i still do occassionally, but it got a lot better when i realised that every time i lose my temper i have automatically lost the argument. I managed to learn how to push most of it deep down, which probably isn’t very healthy but is the only way i can cope. I don’t laugh very often and i do’t cry very often – but i don’t get angry very often either. I have sometimes wondered if it is a hormonal imbalance… so maybe you can check that out for yourself. Exercise helped me a lot too. Practise makes perfect, so next time you get the urge count to 10 and just walk away.
