Do I have a Pocket PC, a Palm or a Symbian handset?
A surprising amount of people are not aware of the platform they have. Although this problem is pronounced mainly with the Symbian (where the vast majority of the users is platform-unaware), we have experienced several complaints when the users tried to install a Palm product to a Pocket PC and vice versa or were surprised that .exe installers fail to run on a Mac computer.
