Do I compress a Publisher file with “Pack and Go” or send the normal *.pub file?

We prefer to receive normal (uncompressed) files, so avoid using “Pack and Go.” If sending Publisher files with linked graphics – which is generally NOT recommended, by the way – be sure to gather the associated files in a single Zip file. Also, if you’re using a font not included in Publisher, send it. Compressing with Winzip or PK Zip (Stuffit for Mac) is preferred for InDesign, Pagemaker, Illustrator, Quark and other files with linked graphics.
