Do i call wal-mart HR after filling out an application?
nope they will call you for an interview what happens is they look in the computer for the job opening they need, and the hours required,peoples names (they are in order of when they applied first) if they pass the requirements they will call 3 people in for an interview per job.after that they make the decision,then call them back if they got the job but contacting hr has no effect on whether or not you get the job .but id suggest putting open availability,as well as putting down more then one area you are willing to work in for the fact that if you are only looking for certain hours then and they dont need those hours, you will get looked over .i dont know about anyone elses store but ours only hiring part time..
