Do Homosexuals really make up 10% of the population?
This 10% figure, which is used constantly in literature produced by the gay lobby (including groups active in Church denominations), derives from the 1948 and 1953 studies of male and female sexual behaviour in America. It allegedly found that 4% of American white males interviewed were exclusively homosexual and a further 6% more or less exclusively homosexual. In fact even Kinseys own findings do not support a general figure that 10% of the population is homosexual: Kinsey found that the proportion of men who maintain a homosexual lifestyle over a lifetime was only 4%, and only about half of that for females.
