You know, you’ve got the right person right there to answer this important question. I may not be from Australia, but I have been divorced and I know you should have an attorney you are using, and your attorney can tell you accurately what the hords at YA cannot. If you don’t have your own attorney for some reason, you MUST have a judge deciding your divorce case, and you CAN ask the judge. It doesn’t take an Australian to know this.
