Do highest leaders in Watchtower Bible and tract society really believe their own doctrine?
The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society is a legal entity. The leaders of the Society are not the leaders of Jehovah’s Witnesses. The leaders of Jehovah’s Witnesses are Jehovah God and the Lord Jesus Christ. Do they believe Their Own doctrine? You bet they do!!! As in all recorded history, God also uses faithful, dedicated men of integrity to carry out His will on earth. Their purpose is to get the message of God’s Kingdom preached in all the earth. Everything indicates that they are faithful and honest in doing so. Your question really has no basis and appears to reflect merely your own presumptions.
