Do health food stores have raw honey?

0

Most if not all of the honey in grocery stores, health food stores, whole foods stores etc.,is not raw honey. It may say raw on the label, but the honey has been pasteurized – heated– so it is no longer raw and the enzymes and nutrients have been affected. The only place to get really raw honey is from farms or from roadside stands or farmer’s markets. Anywhere that farmers take their raw honey too. Wish it were simpler. I only buy really raw honey. I’m a raw fooder – eat only raw foods- for the past 9 years, so know raw honey pretty well. Nurse Kindheart.
