Every league I’ve ever bowled in does. They award both handicap and scratch for game and series. The league I’m currently in only allows 1 award per person (not counting high average), and when deciding who gets what they go handicap game, handicap series, scratch game, scratch series. The reasoning behind this is that we want to give the “easiest” to attain first, so the “hardest” are still available. For example, lets say your best bowler wins all 4 awards. Well, he would only get 1 of them. We would give him the easiest of those to attain, which is handicap game, so eventually when it comes down to your last award, among the people left, the person who accomplished the hardest task (scratch series) would get the award. This is assuming all awards are the same price. If not, then obviously money would determine who gets what. As for your handicap, it does seem a little rough. Its obviously up to your league what handicap you use, but 100% seems really hard on the better bowlers. I’ve
