Do GURU products contain caffeine?
A 250mL can of GURU Original, GURU Lite or GURU 2.0 contains 125mg of guaranine, the naturally occurring caffeine found in guarana. Guarana is a potent natural stimulant found in the Amazon. The active component of this plant – guaranine – is closely related to caffeine and is often referred to as the “naturally occurring caffeine in guarana”. Guaranine helps the nervous system fight fatigue and stimulate the metabolism, and although similar to caffeine, there lies a notable difference between the two.
