Do grocery stores sell dehydrated foods?

I know it is fun to make foods that taste like factory made foods but it really never comes out right. They add so many other things to it that it is to hard to copy. But if you really want to be creative is a food item called an MRE (meals ready to eat) It is military food. However these days it is not just for the military anymore. That stuff is good. The guys in the military will think I am nuts but I think if that is all you had to eat for two years I would say yuk too. But as a fun treat, it is good and not very expensive either. There are many online places to buy it from. It is good for camping and emergency food. http://www.campingsurvival.com/fulmremil… Or you can type MRE in your search engine and you find hundreds of listings. However if you have to make your own food then I would suggest the health food store or a camping supply store.
