Do grape vines need to be cross pollenated to grow grapes?

I have concord grape vines and I have never done anything to them to get them to grow grapes. I know that come June all of a sudden there are these little bundles of tiny grapes that will grow into the large groups later in the year. So no, if you only have one grape plant you do not have to cross pollenate in order to have grapes.
