Government Agencies involved in the aviation sector will be treated in the same way as other aviation participants. In addition, CASA has committed to develop its own Drug and Alcohol Management Plan, in accordance with Subpart B. Staff of CASA and other Government agencies will also be subject to CASA random testing under Subpart C of the regulations, where they are performing SSAA as defined in 99.015.
