Yes, they have and show happiness and anger. They has some similar body language and some is distinct as would be expected. I remember seeing this gorilla relate in sign language a story about how its parents were killed. It was a very sad and moving story. Humans didn’t evolve from gorillas. You evolved from your parents. Before that your grandparents. If you go back 8 million years your gggparents were the same as the ggggparents of todays living gorillas. They were not gorillas.
