Do good colleges have equine programs?

Are you talking about academic programs about horses, or are you talking about equestrian programs as an athletic activity? To the best of my knowledge, the Ivy League has neither. Most really top schools don’t have majors in non-academic subjects, so you wouldn’t find those at any of them. A few years ago, though, I was talking to a friend of mine whose daughter was into horses, and she was looking for a good school which had equestrian programs. Most of the ones he found were in the Southern states, like Texas, the Carolinas, etc. She ended up at the University of South Carolina, which is a very good school.
