Do goats get a “high” when they play “king of the mountain”?

Oreamnos Americanus doesn’t usually get above 3,000m above sea level, where atmospheric pressure is about a third reduced from sea level. If they’re playing King of Pike’s Peak (~4300m), they might get “high” if they run up the mountain too quickly. I took the cog railway up, and I’m from flat, flat Minnesota where you can’t get that high, without having any breathing problems. A goat used to getting a third less oxygen on a regular basis would be fine. Sources: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mountain_Goat http://en.wikipedia.
