Do Gliding hours count toward a PPL?

No, when I first started on my PPL I also did a gliding scholarship through the ATC. I did this at the same age I started taking lessons for my PPL. Unfortunately they are 2 different ratings and gliding hours cannot be logged as hours fo your PPL.
