Do girls wear underwear under their tights in ballet?

In our ballet studio it’s fine to wear underwear under your leotard and tights, and little girls are allowed to wear underwear in performances too. (older girls aren’t.) It really depends on what your daughter feels comfortable with and how strict the studio she goes to is.
