I fantasize about both and I think most girls do. Contrary to what some men think, women DO fantasize about just sex sometimes. But we probably think about romance more than men and perhaps a little less about sex. Oh and it also depends on what kind of fantasy you’re talking about. If i’m just daydreaming, it will more likely be about romance but if I’m masturbating it will be about sex.
