Do Fusion products have a warranty?
Fusion products are tested under extreme conditions and as such are built to last. Therefore all Fusion products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a two-year period from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing or materials defects, we will replace or repair it without charge, at our discretion. This warranty does not include product failures from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear. This Warranty covers the failure of any seams, moldings, trims, or fabrics and does not cover Fusion logo stickers / transfers. Fusion retains the right to define normal wear and tear circumstances. Exposure to elements such as extreme heat, prolonged bacteria and chlorine, and other harsh or abrasive substances can accelerate product degradation and void the warranty. Fusion will not repair or replace items that have clear physical stress such as rips and split seems, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment. For
