Do foreign students need to meet special requirements?
A foreign credentialing check is required to determine that the undergraduate degree is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree. Also, if English is not the applicant’s native language, they are expected to score 580 or better on the paper TOEFL test or 240 or better on the computerized TOEFL. If the applicant has completed the last two years of their baccalaureate degree or one year of graduate school in the United States, they are exempt from the TEOFL exam.
