Do foreign combatants deserve Constitutional rights?”
I swear for the life of me I don’t know why people think these combatants deserve Constitutional rights! They are not comon criminals and certainly not United States Citizens, they are terrorist with the aim of destroying our country and our Constitution. We are in a War with animals not in uniform and who try to blend in with the population around them. When picked up (especially on the battlefield) they should be brought to justice in the U.S. Military court systems. Our military is certainly not going to chop off their head which would be done to our captured military people. The will get a fair trial done swiftly and without the media hype. Since when do our Constitutional Rights include people that are not American? Do other countries give their rights to foreigners? If an American is arrested in another country I have read that Americans are subject to that countries laws and many of them are pretty bad.
