Trailers can ruin movies (particularly comedies) if their not done right. A trailer should just show enough so you understand what type of movie it’s going to be and your intrigued enough to want to watch it. I hate it when trailers give the wrong impression about a movie (e.g. The Road) or give away all the good bits.
