To buy land and install a manufactured home, you need to obtain a custom construction loan. There are a couple of local banks that specialize in this. Notably Golf Savings&First Mutual. Don’t bother with Bank of America or a large national bank. They simply aren’t set up for this type of project. Putting manufactured homes on land is one of my specialties.
