When we first got our rabbits they were supposed to be two females. After similar behaviour to what you’re describing, we took them to the vet and found out we actually had a male and a female. We got the male fixed and that solved any baby bunny issues. But we didn’t get the female fixed – which has resulted in some fairly interesting behaviour – our female will hump our male rabbits (both fixed)… and she doesn’t even always have the right end of the other rabbit. It’s a little truamatizing. So, the best advice I can give you? Get your rabbits sexed and then get them both fixed. They’ll both be happier for it!
