Do Fellows receive any financial resources?
Yes. Each Fellow’s individual leadership development activities are supported by a leadership development account of $15,000. These funds support self-directed learning activities, engagement with a mentor, independent study and access to an electronic communications network. The program office also will provide matching support for the Fellow’s leadership project of $20,000 over the first two years of the program. The Fellow’s employing organization must match the project resources of $20,000 dollar for dollar, either in cash or in-kind.
