Fast Track NQTs awarded Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) undergo an induction support programme of professional development and monitoring, and have the same entitlements as any other NQT. There is no special provision for them. Induction is an individualised programme and depending on the experience of the NQT can include elements of management experience.
