Do families offer benefits?
Some do! Some don’t! Often with fulltime placements there are benefits that a family will consider offering once you are there for a certain period of time. Basically, as in any employment situation, benefits to possibly look forward to are health, paid holidays, and personal days. If you show a family that you are there to make their lives easier, much of the above will fall into place.
