Do families of smokers have any rights over family members who smoke in the UK?

i grew up in a family of 6 people mum dad older sister older brother me and my younger sister, all who smoked except me, i did try because i thought i was the odd one out, it made me feel giddy sick and bad but i still thought i was odd because i did not do it like they did, my dad died of lung cancer at a relatively young age, my mum had to have various operations related to smoking, my sisters both have chronic chest problems and my brother has died ( unrelated to smoking) i later went on to work in an environment which allowed smoking, i now have what is called a ‘smokers cough’ even though i have never really smoke, so i totally believe in you, stick up for what you believe in and good luck
