Do Exhibitors have access to GDC attendee lists?
If you have contracted for a 10×20 booth or larger, you will receive a onetime usage of the pre-registered attendee list for a direct mail item. Please note the following recommendations/limitations: For the best results utilize your mailing after the Early Registration deadline of TBD. The list sorts available will be Domestic U.S. or Foreign. Exhibitors are responsible for all mail piece production, postage and lettershop costs. The GDC has a preferred mail house for processing and sending of your piece. If you desire to use a mail house of your choice, the GDC will require a proof of bonded status and a onetime usage agreement. Contact your account manager for further pre-GDC mailing questions.
